Guest Speaker

Sean Fogarty, Senior Vice President, CuraLinc Healthcare
Sean Fogarty is a Senior Vice President for CuraLinc Healthcare. Mr. Fogarty holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Texas Tech University. Currently he oversees Curalinc Healthcare's business development and production development responsibilities from CuraLinc's corporate office in Skokie, Illinois.

Over the past nine years, Mr. Fogarty has gone to great lengths to re-position the employee assistance program (EAP) as a core component of a company's population health management strategy. During this time, he developed a wide array of innovative behavioral health pgorams, such as PharmaLinc, which provides structured education and support to members who take psychotropic medication that was prescribed in a general medical setting, and DisabilityLinc, which addresses the psychosocial concerns that are often present with employees who file a disability claim. Mr. Fogarty's approach to benefit integration has been highlighted in several industry publications, such as Business Insurance, Benefits and Compensation Magazine and Workspan.
